Veygo is a company built and owned by Admiral operating within the Admiral Pioneer business.

Admiral Pioneer is a new business within Admiral Group with the aim of seeding, launching, and scaling new businesses that will become one of the growth engines for Admiral in the future.

The role

This is a new, key, role - we’re looking for someone who has strong experience across digital channels like PPC, email, paid social and affiliates and can apply their experience to a ‘scale-up’ business to help Veygo grow.

We’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable thinking strategically about our digital channel mix but also someone who can get theirs hands dirty building and optimising campaigns.

We need someone who’s full of ideas but is also good at making things happen and seeing things all the way through from execution to reporting and analysis.

We want someone who can show some technical knowledge (everything from cookies to advanced Google Analytics to audience strategies and datalayers).

Finally, we need someone who has experience of managing small teams and can inspire and coach team members to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

You’ll oversee:

• Hitting agreed traffic/sales targets and budgets across channels such as PPC, email, affiliates and paid social campaigns.
• Managing a testing and optimisation roadmap across all those channels to show to continually improve on results.
• Managing relationships with third parties to ensure we’re following best practise and making the most of all relevant opportunities.
• Owning a multi-channel audience strategy, across acquisition and retention
• Working with our data & pricing teams to ensure that we have the right data at the right time to feed into our digital strategies.
• Owning Google Analytics and ensuring we make the best use of it (including audience strategies, use of datalayer etc)
• Working with the product team to plan and support the launch of new products.
• Communicating with a range of internal stakeholders through reports and presentations
• Keeping up to date with industry news and competitor activity

Essential Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who has experience in helping to grow businesses through:

• running and testing multi-channel, digital campaigns across Google ads, Facebook, email, and SMS platforms
• using Google Analytics to an advanced level
• leading and implementing a multi-channel audience strategy
• working in a ‘test and learn’ and ‘continuous improvement’ way.
• managing and coaching a small team
• using excel and tools like Google Data studio to create insightful reports.
• presenting results and business cases to a range of stakeholders

We’re also interested in people who might have experience in:

• Using enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe
• Technical knowledge for implementing/optimising tracking e.g. Javascript, datalayers

Additional Information

We are happy to accommodate remote working for this position.

This role will be supporting and reporting into the Veygo Head of Marketing.
