  • Champion a global approach to colleague engagement, inspiring participation in diverse markets while ensuring alignment with the Admiral’s core purpose.

  • Develop and refine our social impact strategy, identifying opportunities to grow and improve our initiatives in alignment with a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape and across our supply chain.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on social impact initiatives, highlighting progress, achievements, and strategic direction for the Board and Executive team.
  • Collaborate in producing the Annual Report and Sustainability Report, ensuring comprehensive documentation and analysis of social impact metrics, progress against global standards, and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three professionals focused on social partnerships, colleague engagement, and social measurement, promoting a supportive, purpose-driven team culture, encouraging innovation and accountability.
