"Admiral’s Customer Engagement Tribe are responsible for evolving our customer interactions using a combination of new technologies including voice virtual assist and natural language processing as well as a broader suite of contact centre solutions that support both the customer and agent experience. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting team to support the benefits forecasting and realisation analyst activities for the Tribe.
We are looking for someone to join our team who has expertise and experience in identifying, tracking, and reporting financial and non-financial benefits that apply to projects, programmes, and agile deliveries. With the support of the team, you will be introducing and developing a benefit forecasting and management framework that establishes key processes and defines minimum standards to ensure a sustainable approach to achieving benefits and outcomes for all projects and programmes.
The successful candidate will have proven experience designing benefits management frameworks, along with significant experience in benefits management and realisation. The role requires a proactive, self-confident individual willing to engage, network and continue to develop their own expertise.
Main Responsibilities
- Set up and track data metrics for the Customer Engagement tribe and key performance indicators, providing real-time access to data.
- Report on Tribe benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analysing Tribe and benefits to provide recommendations, trend information, identify issues and gaps.
- Provide data-driven insights for planning and forecasting.
- Support the implementation of a benefits management framework.
- Facilitate the process to ensure Business Cases and Lean Business Cases are created when required and fed into the relevant approval committees.
- Provide ongoing Business Case assurance to ensure expected business value is being delivered against strategy.
- Manage the benefits realisation activity, triggering actions for benefit owners and reporting back on outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices to increase maturity and capability and update use of standards, processes and tools accordingly.
- Define minimum viable data standards and track data quality KPIs against them.
- Undertake iterative support interventions to improve data quality.
Experience
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into insights.
- Excellent understanding of PMO procedures, including supporting both waterfall and fast-paced agile environments.
- Experience of Programme, Project, or Agile reporting.
- Understanding of financial and resource management processes and data.
- Experience of working with budgets. Excellent time management skills and working to deadlines.
- A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Commercially aware.
- Experience of working in multifunctional team environments.
