As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be expected to deliver an exceptional level of service to everyone you speak to. It’s a role that promises plenty of variety where you’ll provide information, problem solve and make changes for both existing policyholders and new customers alike, ensuring any problems are resolved quickly and professionally. What really matters is delivering a good experience for every customer, every time.

Insurance experience isn’t a must but you’ll need to be a real people-person and a natural with customers – friendly, professional, efficient, articulate and a great listener. You’ll need to be keen to learn, ambitious and have a drive to succeed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer calls efficiently and provide fantastic service
- Go above and beyond for your customers by providing excellent customer service
- Ensure work is dealt with accurately and to a high standard
- Accurately read scripts and follow procedures correctly
- Be a team player
- Suggest positive solutions for customer journey.
- Attend training sessions and take feedback on board

Our offices
Due to COVID – 19 we are currently working from home. However, when you are required to work from the office, you can find our offices in SA1 in our Elipse building.
