We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Campaign Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is ideal for a CRM professional eager to identify audiences and meet customer needs through targeted campaigns. The successful candidate will develop and execute eCRM campaigns to boost sales, increase product per customer, and win back former customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workstream Ownership: Take ownership of product promotional campaigns, focusing on converting leads, increasing products per customer, and reengaging lapsed customers.
  • Development and Implementation of eCRM Campaigns: Manage all stages of the campaign process, including audience identification, workflow creation, copy and creative development, quality assurance, and regulatory sign-off.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Develop campaigns to support the delivery of business objectives and create testing and continuous improvement plans to ensure best-in-class results.
  • Annual Sales Targets: Feed into the creation of annual sales targets for the channel, forecast sales against target, and drive performance. Report at product and campaign levels, and proactively make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as product managers, compliance, MI) to plan and deliver marketing campaigns against agreed deadlines. Present results and findings, producing presentations and reports in a digestible format for the target audience.
  • Data Management: Support segmentation and propensity projects to ensure campaigns are targeted at relevant audiences. Ensure GDPR and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
  • People Management: Support team prioritization and workload management. Train, coach, and mentor junior team members. Ensure all team members have PDPs, regular 121s, and appraisals.
  • Agile and Workload Management: Manage tasks and projects efficiently using Agile methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Find new ways to reduce resource usage and increase team productivity.

Specific Skills Required:

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Campaign Development: Experience in developing engaging and effective campaign strategies
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address campaign challenges and optimize performance.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to direct reports.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey campaign strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in campaign execution.
