"A new and exciting opportunity has become available within the Claims Damage team at Admiral, based between Ty Admiral (Cardiff) and home working. Claims Damage are responsible for Admiral Insurance’s Repair Network, as well as several other key Claims Damage suppliers.
Working with all levels of Claims Damage Management you will be expected to provide insight and analysis to help drive performance within the Claims Damage area, with particular emphasis on cost metrics and Service Level adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify improvements to existing reporting in order to drive improvement in existing and new processes
- Responsible for the development of dashboards and reports to be provided to multiple areas across the business
- Provide accurate, timely and insightful reporting of data, information, and analysis to facilitate good decision-making, driving the Claims Damage area’s performance and profitability
- Responsible for the analysis of spend data to support the Claims Damage team with the identification of opportunities in our current supply chain
- Provide communication and support to internal customers on Claims Damage key metrics
- Support, where required, Admiral Group entities with spend and KPI queries
- Act as a champion for Claims Damage information and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong IT literacy and confident using Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Power BI) as well as other data analysis tools such as Tableau
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and therefore be able to prioritise and problem solve workload effectively
- Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks and learn new skills quickly
- Great organisational skills
- Confident and professional attitude to deal with senior management, third parties, contract owners and group functions
- An ability to multi-task and support on several high-level initiatives at once
- High attention to detail and comfortable analysing complex data sets

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
