"Reporting to the Head of Product and Partnership Marketing you will manage existing affiliate channels to drive drive the acquisition and retention of customers and maximise income from these channels.
About the role
- Proactively manage and expand existing 3rd party affiliate and agency relationships.
- Strategically plan acquisition of new partners and optimise existing relationships to increase Admiral’s share of business gained through this channel.
- Create financial models based on prospective partner website traffic and predicted conversion rates to assess commercial viability.
- Negotiate commercial arrangements within agreed financial parameters.
- Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers.
- To oversee the internal set-up of new landing pages, briefing departments on the specification and functionality of said pages and reporting required by each partner. Overseeing the build until live and revisiting the functionality on a regular basis.
- Test opportunities to grow partner relationships with strategic marketing activity e.g. display and email.
- Analyse ROI and the effectiveness of all affiliate, display and partner activity, identify areas of improvement, recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues and cease non profit making relationships.
- Brief & manage affiliate networks and service levels and ensure that external suppliers understand the brand proposition.
- To monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Manage invoicing procedure and keep affiliate partners up to date with quote volumes.
- Maintain existing contracts and renegotiate as required, or draft new contracts as necessary.
- Understand and comply with FCA pricing remedies at all times
About you
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering growth through affiliate/ partnership marketing
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Highly results orientated, articulate, decisive, self starter.
- Ability to identify and secure business.
- Excellent relationship, negotiation and networking skills

- Interviews and feedback will begin w/c 28th February.
- The role is based in Cardiff with a Hybrid approach to working, 1 or 2 days in the office. We will give you everything you need to work comfortably from home.
