"Working within the Partnerships function of Admiral’s Marketing department, the Affiliate Executive supports the Affiliate Manager in the set up and management of acquisition campaigns for the portfolio of Admiral products.
Using your relationship management skills, the role involves regular calls and meetings with some of the UK’s most well-known companies like MoneySavingExpert and Topcashback.
Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is desired but not essential.
As an Affiliates Executive you will:
- Liaise with third party marketing agencies and external partners
- Assist with commercial negotiations
- Seek new opportunities for online advertising/placement with partners and recruitment of affiliates.
- Build creative briefs to obtain assets for campaigns.
- Regularly compile and review data with an ability to articulate findings.
- Facilitate integration of other direct marketing functions to support campaigns – PPC, ECRM, Social etc
- KPI monitoring and providing recommendations based on performance of partners
- Monitor competitor activity and react to market changes swiftly
- Support innovations and developments at Admiral and sell concepts to partners
- Assist with optimisation of current partner base and campaigns
- Ensure that partners comply with general good practice, contractual terms and industry regulations.
- Assist with customer queries in relation to campaigns and partners
You ideally will have:
- A confident nature and a positive attitude.
- Confidence with the MS suite – working knowledge of Excel is essential
- Previous campaign or partnership management experience
- The ability to work on your own initiative and be comfortable in presenting recommendations to the team for optimisation.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data
- A Flexible approach and a desire to really get stuck into some exciting campaigns

- Interviews and feedback will begin w/c 21st March 2022
- The role is based in Cardiff with a Hybrid approach to working, 1 or 2 days in the office. We will give you everything you need to work comfortably from home.
