"As part of this role, you will contribute to the effective delivery and execution of our Corporate Services hiring plan. Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, you will focus on talent acquisition for Corporate Services, hiring from entry level roles through to HOD’s.
You will assist with talent mapping, data-driven reporting, diversity and inclusion, and promotion of the company culture. The role will have a close working relationship with the Candidate Experience Consultants and will require a strategic approach to ensure the desired business headcount requirements. You will have the opportunity to make a material difference to the company by identifying and attracting the best talent.
Main duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, liaising with stakeholders on requirements and develop direct recruitment solutions
- Resourcing and qualification of candidates that match your Hiring Managers criteria for the role.
- Management of both Hiring managers and candidates’ expectations whilst maintaining SLA’s for Time to Hire guidelines.
- Screening and qualifying candidates via telephone/Teams
- Contacting potential candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter InMail / ATS / Sourcebreaker and other methods
- Working with the Talent Partner and Hiring Manager to connect business hiring priorities to relevant sourcing strategies
- Developing, updating, and maintaining a network of candidates whilst using marketing techniques to attract candidates
- Ensure robust adherence to SLA’s for Time to Hire guidelines
- Understand the importance of the candidate's experience and the ability to always operate with a brand protection mindset
- Ability to think creatively and design innovative sourcing campaigns (includes advanced Boolean search skills) to engage passive candidates
- Provide an excellent Hiring manager and candidate experience
- Job offer management including counter offer
- Investigate ways to improve our recruitment process to attract the best candidates
Requirements:
Ideally you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
- An eye for detail with an interest in providing the best possible candidate experience
- Confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders on a regular basis
- A passion for Talent Acquisition
Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
