"Based in the Group People Experience, and reporting to the Group Head of Talent, this role will support the delivery, implementation and monitoring of key projects within the team, like:
- Performance Management Harmonization at a Group level
- Roll of the Performance Management system (Cornerstone) at a European and UK level
- Release of the Internal Market Talent Platform
- Execution of the Talent Mobility strategic plan
- Other transformational projects in the Talent Development area in coordination with other members of the Talent Team.
The project involves a number of work streams in coordination with the European & UK Heads of People Service, local People Service teams and project representatives, external vendors/providers, Finance, Communication, Learning & Development functions across the business. The role will ensure appropriate coordination, respect of timelines, management of dependencies, and measurement of progress on these workstreams.
All these projects are Group projects, managed in an agile framework, working with an international team and with a high level of exposure and opportunity of understanding our international businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing project plans across a portfolio of project workstreams
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
- Effectively planning and managing key project deliverables and dependencies in line with project schedule
- Designing, owning and managing the project control document/risk log
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, and presentations
- Preparing documentation ahead of key stakeholder meetings
- Being part of the agile framework and making sure it is respected in the project planning and delivery
Key Skills and Experience
- Project Manager experience with a proven track record of driving behavioural / people change projects
- Organised and able to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a context of rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, at all levels
- Ability to think on feet and “outside the box” where necessary and ask, “Is there a better way?”, and innovate
- Happy to take the lead and an effective decision maker
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and delivery focused with excellent time management skills
- Must be competent in Office packages (including excel and PowerPoint).
Desirables
- Relevant project management / agile qualifications
- Experience in working with People Service / HR teams, or people related work streams
- Experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across the business
- Experience on large projects and programmes
- Experience of implement project process and frameworks
Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
