"Working alongside the Systems management team, the Senior System Co-ordinator will move the department, HR Processes & the HRIS forward, identifying keys areas of advancements across all HR technology.
To be responsible for ensuring the team are on track with day-to-day tasks, work allocation, coaching, planning etc. To work with both the Systems and MI teams. To play a key part in projects moving forward, to help us achieve our goal.
This role will interact with all staff within the team and stakeholders (internal and external) to create a collaborative approach to process improvements and strategic direction.
To help the Developers maintain and improve system usage across the business by liaising with various departments including People Services.
To make sure that the journey of using HR systems and practices are as smooth and efficient as possible. To use people & HR related data to drive forward and effect positive change to PS related working practices & working environments. The overall goal is to provide continuous improvement to HR processes using technology with the realisation of improving customer service to all staff.
Main Duties:
Provide daily support for the System Co-ordinators in an agile world helping them move their tasks through change and project management frameworks. To also assist the Systems Manager with Ad hoc tasks and to provide cover when needed in alignment with the strategy and vision set out by the Systems Manager.
To work with the core PS – Systems and MI Team, People Services, and the wider business areas to improve customer service from an iTrent perspective and to the other HR related systems.
Oversight and allocation of work requests from but not limited to, LANDesk, email and drop in requests. Providing training materials and or/training sessions for the various HR related systems and processes.

Skills and Experience:
- Experiences working with and delivery of projects/products
- The ability to perform business analysis or understand business analysis techniques
- An understanding of project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Admiral Business and culture.
- Good computer literacy, candidates should possess good Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Be able to perform analysis on small to large data sets
- Adequate skills at presenting/delivering training to medium and large groups
- To be able to work in an Agile way specifically using KANBAN
- Experience configuring applications to leverage system usage is desirable
Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance:
