Senior Data Analyst

The Role:

• Deliver high-impact reports and insights using Google Cloud Platform and Looker to drive smarter decisions across the business.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualisations, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Review dashboards and SQL for performance and scalability, ensuring our data tools are robust and future-ready.
• Operate effectively in an agile environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Looker, SQL, and BigQuery.
• A strong interest in programming and data technologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• An agile mindset, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to contribute beyond core responsibilities.
• Analytical thinker who enjoys challenging and improving existing processes.
