"Join our Customer Data department as a Senior Data Analyst, supporting initiatives across customer operations.
Openings are available in:
Operations MI: Deliver reports on KPIs like answer rates, agent incentives, policy sales, and retention.
Contact MI: Enhance customer contact journeys, driving performance and optimizing costs.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise Big Query, Looker, and SAS
- Lead and foster the development of team members
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships
- Prioritse and oversee team workload efficiently
- Identify and implement enhancements in customer journeys
- Present data in a clear and impactful manner
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Desired Experience:
- Experience with Big Query, Looker, and SAS
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Articulately present data and insights
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Leading and developing team members

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
