Reward Analyst

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to join a growing and fast paced Reward team with an ambitious and exciting strategy to help us deliver. Based within People Services (HR), you’ll report into the Senior Reward Analyst and work closely with the UK Head of Reward. You’ll provide essential assistance to the team by producing compelling and robust analysis, delivered from various data sources. This is a great opportunity for someone that has an aptitude and passion for data, analysis and enjoys churning complex data into digestible facts.

Main Duties

You will be the go-to person within the reward team to support in any analysis required.  This will include, but not limited to:

  • Building reward models with large data sets in support of the reward strategy, e.g. modelling pay awards and the impact of performance related pay, incentives, allowances, etc…
  • Pay gap audits (gender, ethnicity, national living wage etc.) and using data to understand and highlight areas of focus.
  • Manipulating and connecting large, complex sets of reward data, including internal and external benchmarks in order to provide insights and trends, using this as a basis to provide alternative scenarios and models based on business requirements.
  • Preparing models for variable pay scenarios to understand and provide insight of potential outcomes.

Skills and experience

  • Strong Excel skills and experience of iTrent is advantageous
  • Have a people and business balanced mindset against key reward principles and practices
  • Experience as a Reward Analyst in Compensation and Benefits is desireable
  • Highly numerate, with a curious and enquiring mindset – looks for new or different answers
  • Able to liaise with all levels across the business
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking with a desire to succeed.
  • Able to navigate complexity and work in ambiguity
  • A high learning agility combined with the ability to unveil new solutions and to look beyond Admiral for best practice

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
