If you are driven by data, have great ideas about the future of data, and want to help us become a data first company, this job may be for you.

  • Signing off deliverables from the squad and deciding when the changes are ready to be released to live
  • Generating ideas by working with the squad, the business and through external research, committees, etc.

  • Manage scope dependencies within the Tribe in collaboration with the team, Scrum Master and other Product Owners
  • Engage with the Squad, constructively challenge, and provide continuous feedback to ensure the squad output meets requirements. Stay actively involved throughout the delivery, supporting where possible through clarifying objectives, etc.
  • Participate in sprint demos and demonstrate how squad deliveries contribute towards Tribe OKRs
  • Work closely with technology leadership to align Technology Vision and Product Vision into a single product roadmap
  • Manage scope and business-related risks, issues and mitigations

  • A genuine interest in data and technology and a keen awareness of the possibilities in this space
  • The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • The ability to operate on a detailed level but also see the bigger picture
  • Experience of working with and building strong working relationships with a large network across the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The policies allow staff to spend cherished time at home with their family, so that when they return to work, they can thrive and flourish.   Our policies go above the statutory pay requirements to encourage our staff to take more time at home when they become parents. As long as you've worked for us for 26 weeks, you can expect the following benefits. Maternity LeaveEmployees receive 16 weeks of full pay, followed by 23 weeks statutory maternity payPaternity LeaveEmployees receive 2 weeks full pay, 2 weeks statutory paternity pay and 12 days of unpaid leave (should they wish to take it)Shared Parental LeaveWhen both parents work for Admiral they can share the 16-weeks full pay benefit.
