"Admiral has always considered our pricing capability to be a fundamental cornerstone of the successful growth of our business. We are now looking for a motivated, skilled and experienced individual in pricing to join our team that is building a new proposition for small businesses (primarily the self-employed and micro businesses with 0-9 colleagues).
The Pricing Lead will play an instrumental role in designing and implementing the pricing strategy and models for our proposition, which will comprise a range of products to protect small businesses (e.g. public liability, professional indemnity, employers liability, tools & materials cover, haulage, health, business interruption etc.). The Pricing Lead will design a ‘test & learn’ approach so that we can develop insight into pricing strategies by product and customer segment, enabling us to gauge how and when to participate in pricing for the different products (vs. working with our external underwriting partners).
The ideal candidate will be excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced environment to build a new business and will combine hands-on pricing experience with a passion for leveraging the potential of data and advanced analytics where relevant.

- Communicating results and generating ideas for how pricing can become a strategic lever for the business.
- Collaborating with pricing & analytics peers across Admiral Group to take advantage of relevant experience and expertise.
If you would like to discuss the role in any more detail please do not hesitate in contacting the Recruitment Officer.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- At least 3 years' experience in a pricing role, ideally with some managerial experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
