"Working in the Product and Partnership Marketing team we are looking for someone to develop and deliver partnership marketing with a focus on customer growth, product diversification and customer engagement. You will identify opportunities that meet the needs of each product, build robust business cases for approval, create exciting and innovative campaigns around these partnerships and monitor performance to ensure they are reaching potential
This is an exciting role which offers exposure across the business at a senior level. As such, we’re looking for an experienced and confident marketing professional, as comfortable with targets, budgets and stakeholder management, as creative campaign ideas.
A key element of this role is understanding Admiral’s business and product specific objectives to identify where opportunities for collaboration with external partners may lie.
What a Partnership Marketing Manager will do
- Support with the development of the Partnership Marketing Strategy
- Create marketing plans for new and existing partnerships
- Support with the creation of business cases for new partnership opportunities
- Identify partnership opportunities to diversify distribution channels for sales growth
- Develop campaigns to increase customer acquisition via the Refer a Friend platform
- Identify partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness of new products launches / product segments
- Deliver incentivised engagement for the Admiral app
- Investigate opportunities to establish an Admiral Rewards 2.0 with an aim to increase customer loyalty and engagement
- Liaison with internal stakeholders including procurement, legal, data protection and information security to ensure the swift sign off and delivery of potential partnerships
- Analyse ROI and the effectiveness of all partnership marketing
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to promote partnerships, ensuring deadlines are met and partnership KPIs are achieved.
- Line management of Product Marketing Executive
We are looking for
- A degree level education or comparable working experience
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience delivering growth through partnerships
- Self-motivation and proactive when managing own work and the work of others
- Resilient with a tenacity to see a project to completion
- Ability to prioritise/multitask under pressure to tight deadlines
- Great organisation and project management skills
- Ambitious professional, focused on continual professional development
- Ability and confidence to present work to senior managers
