We understand that motor accidents are very distressing and can be confusing, especially if you’ve never had to deal with an insurance claim before. We provide extensive training to provide our dedicated team with the skills to take the weight off clients’ shoulders and deal with claims in a timely and efficient manner.

About this role:

This is a contact centre based role within the New Client Unit, which is based in our new Capital Quarter office in the centre of Cardiff. As a Legal Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients after they have been involved in a road traffic accident. Your role will be to make a great first impression, gathering information accurately regarding their personal injury, financial losses and accident circumstances, whilst being sensitive to our clients’ needs in what can often be a stressful time for them.

After comprehensive training, you’ll start making calls, setting up new claims and gathering information needed for existing cases. You’ll also benefit from on-going training to ensure you’re always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible

About you:

To be one of our Legal Advisors you’ll need to be a natural with the client over the phone. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and listening skills. You’ll need a calm, professional phone manner, and the ability to be proactive. You’ll enjoy sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues, helping us to work in smarter and better ways.
