"Investor Relations Coordinator
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented, analytically- minded professional, keen to advance their career in Investor Relations. This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic Investor Relations team as an Investor Relations Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in managing our market interactions and external events.
Main Duties
- Coordinate logistics for investor, analyst, rating agency, MP interactions, and external events. Support investor conferences, roadshows, AGMs, and Fitch review meetings. Ensure seamless execution with the Head of Investor Relations and external partners.
- Lead logistics for external IR events like results announcements, AGM, Capital Markets Day, and investor visits. Organise small investor sessions and ad-hoc events. Manage system providers, brokers, advisors, and internal teams. Flag decisions, risks, and issues to the Head of Investor Relations.
- Schedule and manage internal meetings with executives around Full Year and Half Year results. Ensure meetings are well-organized and productive.
- Assist with scheduling for the Head of Investor Relations and Head of External Communications. Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimise senior management's time.
- Manage the Investor Relations support inbox, redirecting emails, requests, and complaints to appropriate departments. Ensure prompt and efficient handling of requests.
- Audit and benchmark internal systems for external communications, starting with IR systems.
- Recommend improvements for value and best practices.
- Support project management and production of IR outputs like presentations and reports. Assist in designing the annual report. Receive training and support to contribute effectively.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- At least 2 years relevant experience in small scale project management, PA/EA roles, corporate access, communications or a similar role within Investor Relations.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with high standards in all areas of work.
- Comfortable working under time pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, being comfortable working in cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- External-facing experience (e.g. buy side, sell side, internal and external communications or investor relations) would be beneficial but are not essential
