Household is Admiral’s fastest-growing product with over a million customers and counting - It has big plans! 

Household Claims is a complex, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering strategic change through technology and increasing the technical expertise of its people. Operational challenges are the norm, as we continually onboard and develop staff up into more technical teams and roll out new technology to optimise our claims handling. And then there’s the weather! Surge events occur several times each year bringing with them intense operational challenges followed by a period of lessons learned and planning for the next customers.

All colleagues will receive 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays) when they join us, and this will increase with the length of service, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays).
