Admiral Money are looking for a Delivery Executive / Manager to join their team!

About Admiral Money

Admiral Money is an exciting, new division of Admiral Group. We have the freedom and innovation of a small start up with the security of a large parent company, Admiral. 

The journey started when we launched unsecured personal loans in June 2017. We went on to be the first direct to consumer car finance provider in December 2017. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and have some exciting plans for the future.

We’re looking for people who are keen to learn, excited about getting stuck in and are ready for a challenge to help us to achieve our aim of creating a special lending business for our customers.

The Role
This role focuses on leading the delivery of unsecured personal loan product initiatives within Admiral Money. Reporting to the Delivery Lead, the successful candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills, and experience in project delivery and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Execution

• Translate product initiatives into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate across teams to maintain alignment with delivery goals.

2. Project Management

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Manage resources effectively across multiple initiatives to support successful outcomes.
• Identify and address risks to delivery, escalating issues when needed.
• Act as a central point of contact throughout the delivery process.

3. Process Optimisation

• Work with the Delivery Lead to enhance delivery processes, improving both speed and quality.
• Contribute to resource planning to help reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with teams across Digital, Operations, Technology, Partnerships, Compliance, and other areas to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and achievements.

5. Performance Tracking

• Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery success and identify areas for improvement.

6. Product Support and Insight

• Contribute to product development through ideation, refinement, and constructive challenge.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide valuable input.

Desirable Experience and Skills

• Experience in a delivery-focused role, ideally within financial services.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to lead and support teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
