We have multiple positions available within our award-winning contact centres which all require you to:
- Be nice – your role will be speaking to our customers, and we expect excellent service to be delivered on every call. However, don’t leave your personality at the door, we want YOU to be YOU!
- Upsell –please don’t be put off if you don’t consider yourself to be a typical salesperson, we sell through service. We always like to inform our customers of any products available which could be a benefit or potentially save them money
- Negotiate – customers will be looking for the best deal, so you’ll take them through their policy, making any necessary amendments and answering queries along the way
- Be resilient – there will be challenging times where you may be faced with a frustrated customer or a more complex query. We treat all customers with respect and as individuals
- Confident with computers and able to multitask – we use multiple systems and software so experience with working with computers is important
- Be open and willing to learn – we provide training and all the necessary tools for you to do a great job. There will be plenty of feedback and guidance, but we ask for your dedication and a good work ethic
Available Roles
Customer Loyalty (11/09/2023) - You'll mostly be taking inbound calls from existing customers and offering solutions to benefit our customers, whether that be negotiating the best price at renewal, including extra cars, homes or vans to their policy, or simply dealing with general customer queries. Our area is constantly evolving to keep up with the needs of our customers and to ensure we have a competitive edge. We're proud of our inclusive and collaborative culture.
New Business (11/09/2023) - As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for communicating the benefits of a policy and guiding them through the buying process. Our fun, competitive nature and strong culture has contributed to the company’s success of being market leaders in the industry. We pride ourselves on the development of colleagues, and our supportive and dedicated management team will help you achieve your full potential.

Tell us about you and your Admiral story?
I graduated from a Sports Journalism University course in 2016 and was left wondering where my future career would lie. After working for a year in a Contact Centre, I applied for different admin roles, where I fell into the world of internal recruitment and fell in-love with it. I have been working in internal recruitment for almost 6 years now and really wanted to find a role where I could grow even more as a recruiter. After hearing so many great things about the culture at Admiral I felt like it was a no brainer, and the perfect place for me to be able to develop myself even further.
