About the Role

You’ll be talking to our customers on the phone every day, focusing on exceptional customer service. As a regulated company, you’ll also have some compliance standards to uphold. Don’t worry if you’re not experienced in insurance, we’ll provide you with all the right training and tools to deliver great service confidently in no time.

Customer Value

Our purpose is simple; we add value on every call while delivering industry leading customer service. You’ll deal with a variety of inbound calls from general queries to making amendments to customer policies. You’ll provide the best service to our customers through effective listening and questioning to identify customers’ needs. We then add value by presenting discounts available to our customers, upselling and securing additional products to their existing policies
