We’re looking for people who are keen to learn, excited about getting stuck in and are ready for a challenge to help us to achieve our aim of creating a special lending business for our customers. 

Role Purpose

Cultivate and sustain relationships with our selected panel of 2^nd charge Mortgage brokers, promoting technology integrations for enhanced business levels and application quality. Utilize phone and Teams communication to maximize new business opportunities. Ensure right-first-time submissions, and secure fair outcomes for all parties. Where required, occasional in-person meetings with brokers, either at their offices or Ty Admiral, may be required. Targets and meeting service levels will form a part of your Objectives. 

This is a hybrid working position, however given the infancy of the business you would be expected to work in the office three days a week. Once launched, as both a broker and customer facing team, your working days and hours could be varied. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the relationships, communications and training requirements with our selected panel of second charge Mortgage brokers.
• Proactively drive case progression from inquiry to funds dispersal. 
• Respond promptly to new business inquiries and referrals applying policy expertise, with a focus on conversion.
• Identifying sales opportunities and potential unique selling points (USPs) for the product range.
• Advocate too and support Mortgage Intermediaries, Third Parties & customers with available Integrations and system queries. 
• Collaborate and regularly give feedback to internal teams to enhance broker engagement, meeting and optimizing customer expectations and satisfaction. 
• Maintain an up-to-date and proactive CRM system. 
• Monitor and report on account performance, tracking and analyzing KPIs and sales revenue. 

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated track record in proactive Customer or business Relationship Management (preferably within Secured Lending).
• Specific Second Charge Specialist Lending experience desirable but not essential.
• Track Record of working within a targets & Customer Satisfaction driven environment.  
• Ability to manage and utilise MI to translate into increasing opportunities.   
• CEMAP or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
