It’s National Sibling Day today, and we caught up with Meg and Oli who not only grew up together but work together too!

Hi Meg, hi Oli! First things first, what do you both do at Admiral?

Meg: I work as a manager in the Auxillis Pass Back team in Claims Accidental Damage and Loss.

Oli: I’m a handler in the same department, Claims Accidental Damage and Loss, working with high value and luxury vehicle repairs.

Do you cross paths in work often?

Oli: Yep, every Wednesday – which is our department office day.

Meg: I’ll also often reach out to him if I need help from his specialist team.

How would you describe your sibling at work?

Meg: Constantly snacking. Totally obsessed with meal deals!

Oli: I’d say she’s great at running around and looking busy.

How would you describe your sibling at home?

Meg: Exactly the same, constantly raiding the fridge.

Oli: Very easy to wind up.

What’s one thing you wish your manager knew about them?

Meg: That he used to eat his roast dinners DRY!

Oli: That her old Twitter name was Megan Merrygold because she had an obsession with Aston from JLS.

What’s one proud moment for each other at work?

Meg: When he was nominated for a Managers’ Choice at our monthly department awards.

Oli: When she was promoted to manager.
