What to expect in our Contact Centre induction

How do we get you ready to speak to customers?

Our Contact Centre induction is all about getting you prepared when you join us as a Customer Advisor with the confidence and skills to give great service to our customers. You’ll learn all the right knowledge, tools, and most importantly confidence to do a brilliant job, developing invaluable skills that’ll stay with you throughout your career. 

You’ll get great insight into insurance theory, the structure of our business, and all the processes we use to get the best outcome for our customers. 

How long does induction last?

Induction length varies between four and 13 weeks depending on the department you join. You’ll follow shift patterns similar to what you’ll be working once induction ends so you get used to the working pattern from day one.

Whichever department you join, you’ll be heavily supported by managers and other experienced colleagues throughout, and on your way to mastering a Contact Centre career.

Our Contact Centres are lively, customer-focused, and a lot of fun, and the induction period gives you a great feel for this from day one, getting you ready to soon take your Contact Centre career even further.
