We have an exciting opportunity for an IGA Engineer/SME to join a newly formed IGA Product team within the IAM function of Admiral.  This successful candidate will lead the technical delivery of Saviynt and will report directly into the IGA Product Lead.

You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and expertise for complex IGA issues and projects. You will get involved in troubleshooting and resolving escalated incidents, performing system enhancements and upgrades, and providing guidance to L1 and L2 support. You will work as part of an agile delivery team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure the stability, security and optimal performance of IGA systems and processes.

This role requires in-depth hands-on experience in Saviynt along with a deep understanding of IGA access controls.

Main Duties

  • Support the IGA Product Lead in the technical delivery of the IGA Product Roadmap.
  • Technical leadership in the delivery and support of Saviynt and IGA.
  • Investigate and resolve complex IGA issues escalated from L2 support analysts by analysing logs, performing in-depth system and application analysis.
  • Lead the resolution of critical/high-priority IGA incidents, following defined incident management processes.
  • Analyse recurring or systemic issues and contribute to problem management initiatives for long-term solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and patches for IGA platforms and associated components. Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to IGA services. Perform System testing, documentation, and communication of changes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to optimise IGA system performance.
  • Participate in change and release management activities for IGA systems. Review and assess proposed changes, conduct impact analysis, and develop implementation plans.  Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, architectural diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Hands-on experience of Saviynt.
  • SME knowledge of IGA best practice, preferably using Saviynt IGA technology.
  • Information Security and/or Identity and Access Management domain experience.
  • Highly organised, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable:

  • Expertise with Active Directory, MFA process and IAM protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience of coaching and leading a team.
