My career story is one of embracing new opportunities and progressing into a strategic leader.
I joined Admiral Law over a decade ago as a Solicitor and have worked hard to progress into leadership roles - including my current position as Litigation Operations Manager.
My early management roles involved leading junior and developing case handlers working on high‑volume caseloads. This period shaped my leadership style and taught me how to coach people at different experience levels, balance performance with genuine support, and build confidence and accountability within teams.
My hard work was paying off, and the progression opportunities kept coming
As I moved into managing more experienced teams, eventually leading the Serious Injury Team, my role shifted from day‑to‑day supervision to broader strategic oversight.
Handling high‑value, multi‑track and catastrophic claims helped strengthen my technical expertise, commercial awareness, risk management, and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
A significant milestone was stepping into my current role as Operations Manager.
This expanded my perspective across the wider business and gave me responsibility for recruitment, resource planning, performance oversight, and cross‑department collaboration. It deepened my understanding of how strategic decisions impact productivity, profitability, and colleague experience.
Throughout all this change, what’s kept me at Admiral Law is the culture.
The organisation has consistently invested in my development, trusted me with responsibility, and encouraged me to contribute ideas that drive improvement. Seeing colleagues I’ve mentored progress into senior roles remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my career!
