Our Claims department is expanding and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join us as Claims Handlers. You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone helping customers with their claims - whether they’re just starting out or checking in on progress. You’ll manage your own caseload, hit targets, and help keep our positive team culture buzzing, all while making sure our customers get the best possible outcome. 

You don’t need experience to join us

Your Day-to-Day Might Include: 

  • Taking and making calls to guide customers through their claims 

  • Validating documents and reading supplier reports 

  • Liaising with third-party suppliers and chasing up info 

  • Making decisions and keeping everything accurate and up to date 

  • Working on special projects and smashing quality targets 

  • Always treating customers fairly and protecting their data 

You’ll be based at our Cardiff head office two days a week - right in the heart of where it all happens.

I started in Household Claims with no experience in either call centres or insurance. From working as a Claims Handler and with the support of those around me, I was able to progress through to a Senior Claims Handler, Team Manager and further moving more towards the world of Product all within the same department.  

During my time here I’ve seen the department grow almost 5 times in size, and it’s been exciting to play a part in that growth. Over the years I’ve discovered a passion for a role that I previously didn’t know existed, and this has allowed me to build my career around it and shape it into something I can call my own.  

This new career path and passions have led to many opportunities to develop myself, help the department and our customers.”
