Customer Experience is at the heart of our business and we’re looking for a Test Analyst to join us and enhance the on-site experience for the millions of customers who come back to us time after time.

About the role
You’ll be part of a team working on our customer portal logged in area which is at the heart of our website as well as wider initiatives and projects across the business.
You’ll be asked to use your testing skills to review and enhance our customers’ experience that ultimately shape our sector-leading customer journeys.
Deadlines are often tight, so you’ll need to keep a cool head, be well organised and deliver results on time. You need to be detailed, seeking out issues and accurate with flawless attention to detail.

- A team player able to collaborate effectively, developing ideas, sharing knowledge and ensuring nothing but the best quality and experience for our customers
- A quality-focused individual delivering consistent high-quality testing outputs, with nothing but the best levels of diligence
- Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks
- Enjoys autonomy to complete tasks
- Strong with intellectual curiosity, seeking out
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to help develop those around you, while continually developing your skills and broadening your technical knowledge
Skills we're looking for
- Proven web-based testing experience
- Exposure to automated testing such as Selenium or SpecFlow
- SQL 2012-2016
