Product Owner (SME Proposition) - Admiral Pioneer

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the creation of a customer-centred micro-SME business. Your work will be pivotal to shaping our Future of Work domain.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to identify market opportunities and define/deliver the products that serve the micro-SME segment. You will join a cross-functional team of designers, data scientists, engineers, and operations people to build and scale these products and programs to existing and new micro-SME segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area
• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
• Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across domain teams (Pricing / Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Partnership, etc.) and the Admiral Pioneer Leadership team
• Implement best-in-class product development and management practices
• Efficiently execute to launch products within a cross-functional team to deliver on the team’s mission
• Communicate effectively and influence outcomes

About You

You have probably been a Product Owner in a start-up environment and are ready to take on a new challenge.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of product management experience 
• Demonstrated track record of product leadership, ideally (but not essentially) in the SME segment of a financial services start-up
• Built and scaled products in eco-system environments
• Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality
• Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and performing business analysis to support product strategy

Additional Information

The successful candidate will report to the CEO of the Future of Work domain within Admiral Pioneer.

The Admiral Pioneer HQ is in Cardiff, Wales, however, we are happy to discuss remote working options.
