We’re looking for someone who not only knows Adobe like the back of their hand, but who also knows how to work with an ECRM team to build, manage and automate complex campaign workflows that get results.

You’ll take a proactive approach, identifying opportunities for the team to work even more efficiently, while also carrying out regular audits of all our workflows, campaigns and typologies to make sure everything is working correctly and we’re following Adobe best practice.

About the role

If you’ve got lots of experience in data, data management and Adobe Campaign, then this role could be for you. You’ll have a strong understanding of a number of systems and be able to configure and build data schemas.

Your role will be wide-ranging. One day you might be training and supporting users of Adobe Campaign, both within the ECRM team and beyond. Another day you could be implementing the latest upgrades and fixes to keep everything running smoothly. Every day is different.

A key part of the role is working with tech teams across the business, from internal IT and marketing to the Adobe and Merkle teams. So you’ll have good interpersonal skills and enjoy collaboration.

You’ll identify opportunities to automate, such as testing, custom audiences, propensity scores, contact rules and alerts. And you’ll be able to create custom audiences from Adobe to social, PPC, SMS and app.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ll assist the team with a number of scoping requirements, such as implementing Confused.com contact strategy rules, A/B testing solutions for Message Centre campaigns and for SMS and app notifications to feed in and out of Adobe Campaign
  • You’ll support the development and implementation of propensity models built by the BI team
  • You’ll assist with reporting, with Adobe Campaign and Tableau, working closely with the ECRM team and BI
  • You’ll help and train the team to apply predefined filters, typologies, creating IF logic and implementing control groups
  • You’ll help with documenting campaign and workflow logic

Skills we are looking for:

  • Data and data management
  • Systems including Adobe Campaign, Tableau, Return path and Litmus
  • Out-of-the-box functionality, alongside JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services and SQL
  • Ability to configure and build data schemas
  • Adobe Offer Management
  • Real-time messaging, mobile push notifications and complex technical workflows
  • Sophisticated knowledge of the more advanced features within Adobe
  • Survey and web app construction
  • Adobe Campaign Certification
  • Adobe Campaign Classic
